Let's take our e-mail to this blog. I'm going to try to set the settings to be private for just our viewing and responding. This way we can keep a running record of what we are saying. Remember you'll get an e-mail in your mailbox saying there is a posting. Just click on the blog and respond, please.

I think I will just send an email to everyone asking for their updated home and school info. If they send the information back to us, then I will include them. If not...we will not.
Scott had an excellent resource, Plaxo, and I think if it works for you's gals and guy, we will use this resource.

Okay, here is the plan: I am going to create a simple form and email it out to the folks so that I can import all the info into a directory that we can post on Plaxo. It will be protected by password and only we should be able to pull-up the info.
If this works for everyone, I will start sending the form out in the next couple of days.
Will this work for everyone? Comments? Concerns? Questions?
